This ensures your chosen home isn’t made available to other buyers while you move forward with the remaining steps toward purchase. 03Confirm Your Choice
with a Purchase Agreement

When you’re ready to move forward, you’ll sign the purchase agreement and submit a 30% payment toward the total purchase price. This confirms your commitment and secures your timeline for delivery or move-in. You’ll receive a clear outline of next steps so you know exactly what to expect.
04Finalize Your
Build Plan and Contract

The remaining 70% balance is due before delivery. Before handover, your home goes through rigorous quality checks to ensure it meets Amberwood’s high standards for craftsmanship and safety. Each home is backed by a 1-year warranty, giving you peace of mind as you begin your next chapter.
